We are not an independent third-party outlet. We run several guide sites alongside developing MapRaiders, our own MMO-adjacent game, and we say so on every page that mentions it.

How free-tier claims are checked

"Free" is the one claim on this site that gets misused most often across the web, so every pick follows this method:

• We separate the three free models. Buy-to-play, free-to-play with no restrictions, and free-forever-but-capped are labelled differently on every pick; we do not call a capped trial a fully free game.
• Limits come from the publisher, not from forum guesswork. Level caps, credit caps, skill point caps and map restrictions are sourced from each game's own site or official support documentation, linked from the pick.
• No hands-on review claims. We do not publish star ratings or "our test" claims for games we have not personally played. Where a page states a fact is "based on official information and public documentation," we did not play that game for the article.
• No invented numbers. We do not publish player counts, download figures or review counts we cannot verify from an official source at the time of checking.
• A visible check date. Free-to-play terms, caps and promotions change; every page states when it was last checked and does not backdate updates.

How we handle our own game, MapRaiders

MapRaiders is a game in active development by Scafa Investments LLC. It is not downloadable and not publicly playable at the time of writing; it is currently accepting beta registrations at mapraiders.com/en/beta/. Wherever this site mentions MapRaiders, it appears in a clearly labelled "From our studio" box, separate from the independently sourced picks above it. We do not include MapRaiders in lists of games recommended as currently free and playable, and we do not claim a finished cost model for it before one exists.

Corrections

If a free-tier limit on this site is out of date, for example a game changed its cap or business model since our check date, contact info@scafa-investments.com and we will review and update the page.
